At Keeks, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
